AFFORDABLE CARE ACT WEBSITE OPENS WITH A FEW GLITCHES launched their second enrollment period under the Affordable Care Act on the 15th. It was meet with largely positive reviews, suffering from fewer log in jams and the frustration, which plagued consumers in 2013.
