The Kentucky Department of Insurance has published the following proposed average rate increases for the remaining five carriers that will sell individual plans in the KYenroll exchange in 2017:
- Anthem BCBS = 22.9 percent
- CareSource Kentucky = 22.6 percent
- Humana = 33.7 percent
- Bluegrass Family Health (Baptist Health): 24.4 percent
